The Handy Answer Book for Kids (and Parents)

By Gina Misiroglu

From the back of the book:

“Anyone who has ever been a kid, raised a kid, or spent any time with kids knows that asking questions is a critical part of growing up … Adults don’t always know the answers. The Handy Answer Book for Kids comes to the rescue.”

This amazing book is divided into 10 sections, including outer space, plant life, politics and government, all about my body and more. It answers hundreds of often-asked questions in one or two quick paragraphs.

For example, the book tells the answers to: Why doesn’t it hurt to cut my hair? How do boats float? What is the president’s job? What is bonsai?

This really is a fun book to read, with tons of information packed into just 276 pages.

To make it even better, it offers references to where to go for more information and includes a comprehensive index.

If you’re a parent, you definitely want to take a peek at this book. But it’s also great for any adult who has children around them, such as an aunt or uncle, grandparent, neighbor, teacher or babysitter.

Give it a try … you’ll be glad you did!
